Andy Golubitsky

Adjunct Assistant Professor

Andy Golubitsky brings over 15 years of experience in complex real estate financial analytics, grounded in hands-on real estate development. Andy has underwritten over $40B of commercial real estate transactions that included a variety of public incentive and private capital sources.

Before founding APRE, a national real estate financial analytics consultancy with offices in NYC and LA, and Astral, a real estate development firm with a $240M development pipeline, Andy held senior positions at Macklowe Properties and Douglaston Development, where he helped acquire, develop, and finance market rate residential, affordable housing, retail, and hotel properties. Prior to his career in real estate development, Andy practiced architecture, where he worked on a range of projects including multifamily, student housing, hospitality, and private residences.

Andy holds an MS in Real Estate Development as well as Urban Design from Columbia University, and a BArch from Syracuse University. He is LEED accredited and an adjunct professor at Columbia GSAPP.
