This skyscraper separates functional spaces from primary spaces. It includes two towers; one consists of offices and public spaces and the other supports all functional roles such as circulation, structure, and mechanical equipment. Although many companies require spacious and creative workspaces, tall structures are limited by their necessity for a central core. This skyscraper provides a solution: spaces in a “"served”“ tower can be freely organized because it relies on a ”“servant”“ tower for structural support. This skyscraper houses public spaces including a sky garden and library located between office spaces. The space between the two towers provides public access to these spaces, allowing office spaces to remain private.
