Gary Fogg

Gary Fogg is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Real Estate Development program at Columbia GSAPP. He has spent 20+ years in various Investment Management and Real Estate Investment positions, joining Keith Guerraz to launch Rockport Equity in 2012. Today, Gary is involved in all aspects of the business, with an emphasis on targeted acquisitions and strategic redevelopment opportunities.

Previously, Gary worked at Kimco Realty (NYSE: KIM), where he focused on acquisitions and the development of highest-and-best use projects across Kimco’s nationwide portfolio, including over 3.5 million square feet of development projects and over 2.5 million square feet of acquisitions with a combined value of over $1.8 billion. Gary earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and completed a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
