The project site is divided in half by the High Line. Two towers intersect in the middle and the High Line passes underneath. The High Line is a part of this project; it serves as a stage (more than just a street) that engages with an auditorium located in the two towers. An atrium is placed at the intersection point directly above the High Line so that audience members located inside and outside can be provided with a similar experience. Residential and office spaces occupy each tower; the point at which they intersect functions as a library and gallery. The shorter tower provides structural support for the adjacent taller and thinner tower. Two cores align to the towers’ outline, connected by columns on transfer floors.
